185 Attribute Points of 200 . So Yeah Where the last mission, no not in the desert, i did that one already And, i heard Vash or something hade one in droknars, but shes dont got any qeust for me? someone help me out

You will get the 2nd attribute quest in Droknar's Forge, near the storage area. Talk to Vanji and she will give you the quest if I'm not mistaken.
If you got to Droknar after defeating Glinth's mission than she should have that quest for you.
